• Where do I check-in? - The skating hut located in Olde Town Square just north of the Olde Town Skating Rink. 
• Where do I get on the carriage? - You will load into the carriage in front of the library at the loading zone.
• How long is the carriage ride? - Each carriage ride is approximately 10 minutes.
• What if I do not pre-register? Will I still be able to get a carriage ride? - If there are open time-slots, someone does not show, or we are running ahead of schedule; we definitely will do our best to get you a carriage ride. Simply give your information to our staff at the skating hut and they will put you on the waiting list. They will reach out and text you when there is an opening. Reply back to confirm your space.
  
• What if I am afraid of horses? - We do not recommend this activity for you, but encourage you to enjoy everything else Olde Town has to offer.
